Travelling the world from age 18 with little more than a box of records, a DAT and a microphone deepened his commitment to electronic music.
A life-long fascination with American culture, especially from the 40's and 50's, shows subtly in his productions in the form of B-grade Sci-Fi sounds, as well as in the overall sonic warmth achieved by using traditional sound engineering techniques and vintage valve processing.
Jeremy's experiences travelling, and as a result, with extended periods of vagrancy, such as hitchhiking in South Africa, sleeping on the streets of San Francisco, Amsterdam, and at times begging for food, or simply doing without, all have helped nurture the persona which is the 'Fragrant' Vagrant.
